1. Razer与微软之间的合作一直很低调,那么请您介绍一些你们之间的合作。未来你们会推出哪些产品?

2. 2007到2008年,Razer会为中低端消费者推出什么样的产品?(100-350RMB)

3. 今年微软推出了SideWinder鼠标,罗技推出了G9游戏鼠标。那么Razer有没有推出新款专业鼠标产品的计划,包括鼠标线座和其他配件?

其实Razer对鼠标配件、鼠标线座、鼠标指针等小物件并不太有兴趣,而这些东西并不会提高玩家的水平。这里只有三个关键值得提一提:外形、功能、性能。Razer Lachesis 3G Laser Sensor是鼠标性能的基础,这就是我们用以抗衡微软SiderWinder和罗技G9的产品。小熊在线www.beareyes.com.cn

4. 不久前,苹果推出了包括iPod Touch在内的一系列新品。Razer推出的iPod键盘非常新颖。那么Razer是否有进一步推出iPod相关产品的计划?

6. 下一个问题是关于在中国的代理。我们知道百色(Buysir)是Razer在中国最大的代理商。在北、上、广地区购买Razer的产品相对更容易,但是在二、三级城市则更难一些。请问这些中小城市的消费者应该如何购买Razer的产品?

7. 微软和SS都与一些职业电子竞技俱乐部签订了合作协议,Razer是否也有这样的计划?

是的,我们一直都在关注我们支持和培养起来的职业玩家。这只是Razer支持游戏俱乐部的方法之一,这些俱乐部也为我们做出了很多贡献。2005年,Razer签下了中国的一位职业玩家Meng “RocketBoy” Yang。一年后,我们又与职业电子竞技纵队Team World Elite签约,现在我们还保持紧密的合作。最近我们还开展了Go Pro with Razer计划来资助更多的游戏爱好者。我们通过提供Razer的产品、锦标赛基金、Razer Team队服、甚至职业选手的薪水来帮助更多的非职业玩家转为职业选手。小熊在线www.beareyes.com.cn

8. 请问Razer会不会考虑在中国开设产品体验店?用户怎样才能体验到Razer的产品?

9. 最后,请您结合Razer对外设市场的理解,展望一下未来5-10年内键鼠等外设产品的发展会如何。

Razer一直坚持“For Gamers, By Gamers”的理念。我们获得的游戏产品开发与反馈信息会帮助我们创造出更好的产品,这又可以让未来的游戏玩家更充分地享受游戏的乐趣。Razer不会总是停留在鼠标、键盘等游戏外设产品方面。希望在以后的5-10年内,我们会有更多优秀的员工开发出更先进的技术,为用户带来更强的游戏体验。小熊在线www.beareyes.com.cn

Hello Mr. Robert Krakoff, President of Razer. At first I would like to thank Razer for bringing us excellent keyboard and mouse products on behalf of beareyes.com and every net friend.

1. The cooperation between Razer and Microsoft is always low-keyed, so would you please introduce more about this cooperation and the future products?

The relationship is still low-keyed and while we are often in contact together there are no plans for future products.

2. What kinds of products will be introduced to the low-end and mid-end consumers in the years of 2007 to 2008? (100-350RMB)

While Razer has always been known as the Ferrari of gaming peripherals, we have in the past tiered down to the middle market pricing. Our first priority is building great products that support the gamers’ needs and we do not have a minimum or maximum price point in mind during the development process.

3. Microsoft launched SideWinder mouse and Logitech unveiled G9 gaming mouse this year. Then does Razer have such a launch plan of introducing new professional mouse products, including mouse bungee and parts?

Razer really isn’t into mouse parts, bungee, bling, gimmicks and gizmos … these won’t make you a better gamer. There are only three critical areas worth mentioning here … form, function and performance.

The Razer Lachesis 3G Laser Sensor is our answer to the Sidewinder and the G9 and it is the foundation for mouse performance.

4. Not long ago, Apple introduced a serial of new products including iPod Touch. The iPod keyboard from Razer recently is innovative. Will Razer have further plans to introduce any iPod's related products?

Without mentioning any specifics I would say that you could expect Razer to be developing technology in the interactive entertainment and offer a number of iconic products over the next two years.

5. Will Razer plan to unveil any new related products for the unprecedented flourishing home video game console market?

Razer does not rule out expansion into any gaming or entertainment category. What is important to us is that we can utilize our core technologies in order to deliver products that truly enhance the users’ experience.

6. Next one is about agencies in China. We know Buysir is the biggest Razer products agency in China. It is easier to buy Razer products in the areas of Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai, but more difficult in those second and third class cities. How should the customers in the small cities and towns buy Razer products?

Customers staying in cities other than Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai can buy Razer products within the city’s IT districts. Buysir is Razer’s sole distributor in China, and more details on where to purchase Razer products can be found on Buysir’s website.

7. Does Razer have any plans to sign cooperation agreements with professional E-sports gaming clubs, like Microsoft and SS do?

Yes, we are always on the lookout for gamers whom we can support and help to grow. That’s just one of the many ways Razer supports the gaming community, who have given us their undivided dedication. In China, Razer started by signing professional gamer, Meng “RocketBoy” Yang in 2005. A year later, we signed Team World Elite. Right now, we are still working closely together. Recently, we also extended this opportunity to more gamers through the ‘Go Pro with Razer’ initiative, which helps aspiring gamers turn professional, through a combination of Razer products, tournament funding, Team Razer apparel or even professional salaries.

8. Finally, we would like to know whether Razer will open Product Experience Stores in China. And how can users experience Razer products?

We are constantly searching for ideal locations for Razer Experience Stores. We’re also open to public feedback about locations gamers would like to see such stores at as we want gamers to see the advantage Razer products provide. Presently, Razer products can be experienced at the shops and at some of the i-cafes.

9. Would you prospect the future development of peripheral accessories like keyboard and mouse products in the next 5-10years, combining Razer's understanding of peripheral market?

Razer makes products ‘For Gamers, By Gamers.’ The research and feedback we have garnered on gaming will help us create products which will enhance the game for future generations of gamers. Razer is just barely scratching the surface of what gaming peripherals like mice and keyboards can do. In the next 5-10 years, expect more cool stuff from us, with technology that will definitely vastly enhance the gaming experience.
